Daily Duties at Linde Process Plants:
Worked on custom made high capacity Hydrogen and Synthesis gas recovery plant projects. * Involved in process simulation for generation of heat and material balances, equipment specification and documentation for hydrogen plant proposals. * Prepared process datasheets for PSA, pre reformer, steam reformer, HT-shift reactor, WHR System, compressors and condensers. * Worked on optimization of WHR system, single dual steam system and fuel system for better plant efficiency and production. * Analyzed different process design scenarios for Hydrogen and Steam production using UNISYM Simulator. * Participated in development of PFD’s & P&ID’s for Hydrogen production. * Prepared process simulation for process gas stabilization, refrigeration and dew point control projects.
