Daily Duties at Scott Alarm Company:
Responsible for setting up 30 branches across SE with WAN/LAN network capabilities, installation of production software and training new users. Complete installation of Panasonic (KXTD1232) phone system and programming. Responsible for implementation of M.I.S. Help desk, providing hardware and software support to end users in house as well as 30 existing branches, providing documentation on open and closed issues. Developed and implemented new project team working with marketing management team on new strategies, providing documentation to senior management team on production reporting from 30 branches. Supervised and managed 25 employees in Inbound C/S - T/M, maintaining payroll and employee evaluations. Provided senior management team on phone queue statistics and production.
