 Provided on site technical support to mainframe computer operators.  Maintained daily reports for Sr. management staff on all jobs processed and failed.  Supplied detailed events and step-by-step process of recovery and completion of the failed jobs on the system.  Maintained quality assurance inspections of all out going media as prescribed by the U.S. government and Mail Handlers Association.  Started, developed and maintained new projects that would prove cost effective for the company. This saving was implemented into all three shifts and still is in effect today.
