Daily Duties at Universal Technical Institute:

• Recruit students for UTI/MMI, Inc. programs by responding to incoming calls from inquiring students nationwide; provide program information • Screen and interview potential students and their families to ensure a proper fit for both the student and the institute. • Determine if student meets qualifications to be recommended for acceptance into respective programs. • Address any issues or concerns raised by students or parents of students regarding cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures or cancellation policy • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure attendance of future start date. • Effectively and accurately communicate school policies, processes, and procedures relating to the various student support services including part-time and graduate employment, financial aid, housing, etc. • Assist students with financial planning for out-of-state move • Conduct tour of school campus • Maintain records of calls made, calls received, and issues/concerns addressed
