Daily Duties at Mangos On The Island:
Assistd in the managing and maintaining of all inventory products, processing and porion control ofall incoming seaffod, produce and meat products.Preperation of all sauces soups and specialty items. Managed the daily routine of assisting the chef in executin the days layouts while balancing food preperation, line work and expediting. Also coordinated and directed the daily closing operations to maintain an enviroment to meet all food and beverage standards.
