Daily Duties at Enterprise Integration:
Coordinated PC Refresh Project for CSX Transportation, Inter-modal and Local Departments. Responsible for Replacement of desktop / laptops and Operating system upgrades to Win2000 to over 2500 systems throughout CSX. Assisted in the packaging of proprietary software and implementation distribution according to CSX standards. Full Scale Project management engaging and coordinating vendor support teams for on site support. Responsible for maintaining project plans and documentation. Provide technical assistance through client interface and meetings. Provided on-site staffing and corporate recruitment solutions to a group of local and large business partners. Primary point person for all recruitment functions. Actively participated as a member of the Executive Management team to communicate, define and set recruitment direction of each company. Collaborated regularly with Senior and Executive Management team on recruitment status, policy and procedures. Worked closely with Human Resources and Legal departments to assure INS and ADA governmental compliance. Full life-cycle recruitment to include: job definition, job postings, sourcing, interview, offer and negotiations, reference and background checks. Kept cost per hire low by reducing unnecessary expenditures in recruitment budget.
