Senior IT Project Manager – Strategic Operations Directed client business requests through the IT engagement process. Engaged with key business clients to define and determine solutions in alignment with enterprise strategic priorities.  Developed, defined, and managed IT roadmap for sales, marketing, and customer operations  Ensured business drivers and joint venture initiatives aligned with IT enterprise strategies  Assisted overall project prioritization to maximize the enterprise’s ROI  Senior Project strategist for collections re-engineering, Oracle B2B financial reconciliation, B2B extranet self-service portal, sales force automation, and AS/400 and Amdocs integration Project Manager – AS400 Development Development, implementation and project manager for billing development and quality assurance.  Managed integration and scheduling of production solutions Production Support Manager Managed production support enterprise-wide for credit and collection operations. Primary contact for IT, credit bureaus, collection agencies and dunning vendors.  Subject matter expert to project management organization for business processes, new functionality, business and technical requirements Conversion Project Manager Produced management and field training materials, trainer development, and business process methods and procedures for credit and collections system and business processes.  Liaison to field operations for operating system conversions throughout the US  Provided support to field operations throughout the conversion life cycle Corporate Trainer Served as corporate trainer to the customer care and sales organizations.  Developed and deployed a customer-centric training program targeting wireless industry growth, emerging technologies, and Cingular’s competitive strategy  Provided training analysis and developed curriculum for all customer-facing functional areas
