Leveraged project management skills to play critical role in revenue generating professional services and solutions development. Delivered high quality and professional consulting services that exceeded expectations Served as the primary resource for product competitor and market research Created successful marketing campaigns and internal training for new product launches Exhibited strong working knowledge of products and services to our clients’ businesses Collected and maintained documented evidence of benefits and ROI Built strong customer relations through user group activities and annual conferences Communicated development lifecycle status to senior level executives and internal audiences Managed multiple merger projects and annual solution reviews to define product roadmaps
