Daily Duties at Office Max:
Oversaw punctual delivery operation of OfficeMax products to consumer and retail channels. Following defined requirements and demanding expectations, motivated daily fleet of drivers to maintain high service levels. In charge of all recruitment, training and coaching of fleet while ensuring all DOT compliance regulations were met by all delivery personnel as well as all OSHA compliance and safety programs were administrated. Monitored department workflow and productivity to uphold all delivery costs were below set budgeted goal.
