Daily Duties at Ctec Corporation [Commonwealth Long Distance]:
Coordinated selection, recruitment, and training of the Call Center sales representatives and the new hire Account Executives. Identified and interacted with various sources of labor for recruitment endeavors. Verified educational and employment background. Administered appropriate pre-employment testing as prescribed by management. Acted as a change agent to support and train specific corporate objectives within the sales department. Developed and implemented orientation and training for weekly incoming new hires, as well as supplemental Telephony and Sales Training courses for Account Executives and Call Center personnel. Responsible for maintaining all training records and test results, while communicating pertinent information to the Corporate Sales Department [Dallas, PA], on a timely and accurate basis. Organized and developed training procedure manuals, guides and course materials. Reason for leaving: Company sold to Frontier Communications. Pittsburgh branch was closed.
