Daily Duties at Alliance Design Service:
Created assembly drawings, including bills of materials and detail drawings, for the design of specialty tools and fixtures to improve and increase the quality of sub-assemblies for the automotive industry. Including load assist devices, rotary turntables, overhead conveyors, storage racks, automated material delivery systems, end of line conveyors, robot end effectors, and front of line de-stacking. All to improve through put. Created assembly drawings, including bills of materials and detail drawings, for the design of exhaust duct including support and maintenance platforms. Details for connecting to existing building structure and ducts to improve extraction of exhaust gasses. Created proposal/concept drawings for customers to study new methods of existing processes including bulk material handling in steel producing facilities. Solicited feedback from customers to develop designs of the highest quality and cost effectiveness. Functioned as leader to other employees in teaching basic CAD techniques and how to apply customers CAD Standards. Utilized AutoCAD 2006(Windows XP), Inventor 10, and Solidworks
