Program Manager – Wireless Technologies Division Managed $5M in R&D projects that have the potential to produce more than $700M in revenues. • Launched first wireless security and building safety product of its kind for company, leading global software development and testing projects for full life cycle. • Enabled online users to access home security device data via a portal. Designed and developed communication protocols using ASP and software architecture with .NET and C#. • Presented with Inventor Awards in 2005 and 2006; filed 14 inventions and 25 team inventions. • Provided technical direction to global teams, managed client relations in addition to hands-on engineering responsibilities. Project Manager – Software Development for Wireless Security Product Successfully delivered security systems project with $4M budget targeting $400M in revenues. • Designed, analyzed and implemented object oriented model to refactor Java application gateway to C# .NET for scalability and interoperability with Windows CE devices. • Built a scalable enterprise grade Web Application.  Applied object oriented design for robustness and to add web connectivity feature.  Developed components in C# .NET / ASP and tested system for 10,000 connections. • Executed high-profile development project for a wireless security network. Lead eight-member team, customer negotiations, change management and product delivery. • Established goals for team of 8 lead engineers. Reviewed technical performance. Wireless Network Applications Engineer Agile Environment. Built prototypes for new applications of emerging wireless technologies. • Executed Rapid Application Development and adopted lean and iterative methodologies. • Designed software services and wireless in-vehicle multimedia display prototypes  Developed service discovery and authentication software using Visual C++. • Developed prototypes to demonstrate mobile broadband communication between vehicles.  Wrote GPS interface tool and modified network interface drivers using Linux C/C++.  Developed socket based communication software to measure delay and bandwidth. • Implemented real-time wireless video content to Windows CE clients with HP iPAQ handhelds. • Established partnerships with leading universities to advance innovative research projects.
