Taking calls for Wireless Provider, Data entry, taking incoming calls assisting customers with accounts, such as adjusting, crediting and resolving problem with cell phone service as well as in technical support. Troubleshooting issues with software. The company was a very fast paced environment. Was required to take at least 110 calls or more to meet daily quota.
