Daily Duties at Alpine Access:

Alpine Access is a company that allows their employees to work from home taking calls for different companies like Office Depot, Viking, American Express and also GE, Assisted with calls for these companies taking orders for office supplies, taking payments, setting up account for new credit and also adjusting and crediting and making the clients very satisfied within Siebel. The company also was extremely busy with a high volume of calls. On a daily basis about 80-100 calls a day maybe more.
