Fee and Associates is a Medical Billing and Coding Company, In the position I was the main contact for doctors and other clients, I handled many issues such as billing and payments that were due to my employee and clients via telephone and email correspondence, answering customer questions about billing and credits to accounts, I processed orders and payment transaction online and over the phone and helped with setting up new accounts for billing of medical insurance claims. I also helped with mailing out correspondence for processed and denied claims, No coding.
