Houston Chronicle is the Main Newspaper company for Houston, I held a position as a Executive Advertising Rep, taking Ads for advertisements in the classifieds, Answers customer questions, researching, resolves and responds to customer problems and complaints, explains policies, operates computer to enter payments, set up new accounts, changes and related information for newspaper subscribers and shipping and receiving orders processed. It was a very good experience and very competitive which I enjoyed a lot. The company also was extremely busy with a high volume of calls. On a daily basis took on about 120-150 calls a day maybe more. Fast paced environment.
