Daily Duties at Square D Schneider Electric:

Promoted to oversee team building efforts and provide leadership to ensure operational excellence in high-volume facility. Implemented tactics to reduce costs, increase on-time delivery, and sustain customer satisfaction. I managed compliance issues. Interacted with customers and supervised, coached, and motivated a dedicated team of 45 salary and hourly personnel. I earned several promotions for displaying strong problem resolution, supervisory, and organizational abilities. The results of my work increased on-time shipping to more than 97% and reduced returns due to shipping errors by an impressive 95%. Production Supervisor / Coordinator (1985 to1995) Coordinated and led efforts to increase productivity and efficiency. I sustained superior standards for safety and performance. I also assisted human resources with Employee Assistance Programs; compliance matters, and mediating employee grievances. Other job duties were overseeing the inventory management and reductions. I leveraged excellent communication and interpersonal skills to listen and resolve employee grievances with diplomacy and confidentiality.
