Daily Duties at Commerce Clearing House:
• Provided telephone support for technical system and software application related calls. Time breakout: Phone support: 85% and testing 15%. Secondary duties include manual quality assurance testing of product lines • Provided quality assurance testing for the ProSystem Fx product lines and reporting issues appropriately • Assisted other departments with support and testing requirements to ensure company objectives are met • Assisted with new hire and ongoing training programs for support staff • Assisted with training and mentoring seasonal support staff • Acted as mentor to seasonal support staff • Ensured all call tickets are properly documented per departmental guidelines • Kept management informed of any unresolved calls on a daily basis • Identified reoccurring problems received through customer calls and escalated them for review • Assisted other representatives and departments with customer related problems • Maintained high quality standard minimizing customer callbacks for assistance
