• Designed and implemented networks configured Cisco (1800, 2800, 3800) series routers and Cisco (2900, 3550, 3750) series Catalyst switches Configured RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and OSPF routing protocols as per network design • Resolved customer issues by remotely logging into routers/switches and debugging network connectivity and configuration issues • Provided on-site and phone support with the installation and configuration solutions of Cisco products. Provided single-point-of-contact interface for the escalation of field troubles into engineering; tracking and reporting status of all field escalations and associated deliverables • Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password • Monitored network usage and ensured the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers •Attended training seminars and perform labs on new and revised products
