Assistant Vice President/Manager, Talent Acquisition and Diversity In an international risk management and reinsurance organization, responsible for managing talent acquisition, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, retention and succession planning for U.S. operations. Representative on the senior leadership team. Lead the U.S. Senior HR Generalist team, including a staff of 3 operation employees. Restructured the company’s college recruiting program that resulted in an increase of the pool of women and diverse candidates by 10%. Also, developed strategic plans to significantly improve relationships with Deans and Professors at core Universities and Colleges. Designed and implemented new HR policies and procedures for all U.S. branches.
