Daily Duties at Csk Auto:
Handled the hiring, firing, reviews, training, and corrective actions of 6-member team, 3 call center agents providing technical and ordering assistance for 140 outside sales associates, and 3 product analysts producing a multitude of reports to support Merchandising and Commercial Operations. Conducted intensive analysis across a broad spectrum of operations in order to assure optimum inventory levels, margins, and sales, as well as efficacy of advertising promotions. Identified opportunities to expand business growth and negotiated a wide range of items with suppliers. Collaborated with numerous teams to assure productive, well-coordinated plan development companywide, and facilitated proper reconciliation of discrepancies with Finance department.
