Daily Duties at Castleberry Investments:

I worked a variety of food service positions, including Assistant Manager & General Manager. Trained and supervised employees, planned schedules, made, reconciled, and dropped daily deposits, counted inventory, made out supply orders, daily reports, and payroll. Controlled costs for labor, food, supplies, etc.; organized invoices to send to main office in addition to payroll, daily reports, inventory, and other related information. As Assistant Manager, revenues for my shift nearly doubled; after becoming Manager of newly opened store, it was out of the red within approximately 6 months.
