Daily Duties at Ibm:
- Negotiate with client processes for use through the transition phase and on to the steady state - Managed these processes to assure compliance - Wrote/implemented/managed the project plan for the Project Management Office (PMO) - Interlocked the PMO project plan with other work streams to ensure the project continued to move - Provided executive and weekly status, updates to team rooms, etc to keep the team access to required materials - Provided reports to the client as required by the contract
