Supervise and direct 6-15 employees. Directly responsible for daily production scheduling and reporting on new product development for printed circuit boards and electronic packaging. Manage both CAD and conventional drafting assignments. Manage IBM System/38 MAPICS engineering information data, operator training, and hardware maintenance. Develop and administer procedure for engineering data base users. Establish and supervise microfilming of engineering drawing files. Monitor daily graphic reproduction services for on-site and remote manufacturing facilities. Coordinate engineering change notice program configuration and documentation revisions with engineering, marketing and manufacturing departments.
