*Evaluation, analysis and underwriting of new and renewal accounts and programs based on division appetite for assigned territory and agents. *Contributed to doubling the book of business in one calendar year. * Maintained and developed new relationships with wholesale and retail agents. *Ensured the use of best practices and compliance with all Company practices and policies. *Interfacing/cross-selling with other business units within the Company to improve overall results and profitability. *Negotiated and placed facultative reinsurance where appropriate. *All other duties as assigned by the President of Navigators Inland Marine Division.
