Answered phones, assisted customers with past due accounts. Pulled credit bureau reports and skip tracing. Assisted customers with account problems, questions, concerns, payments, funds transfer. I also updated credit bureau files when recieved in writing. Called on past due accounts. Reaged accounts so customer could get off the past due list.
