Daily Duties at Jacobs Engineering:

• Developed machine control functional descriptions from P&ID’s. Configured Redundant Controllogix Processors with DNS server architecture including FactoryTalk View SE and Historian SE software. Configuration consisted of programming with ladder logic and function block for process machine control. • Provided start-up support, process loop tuning, and troubleshooting for carbon fiber machine rebuild. Construction and start-up support included management of electrical contractor, coordination with client employees, and scheduling of start-up tasks. • Produced panel design, supervised panel fabrication and created HMI software for renewable fuels process. • Created the agenda for the meetings, completed the purchasing and design of all PLC cabinets and supervised the completion of a project. Completed design package including loop sheets, instrument index, I/O elementaries, and spec sheets. • Designed Honeywell hardware phased migration from TDC3000 to Honeywell HPM. This included construction documents, panel design and fabrication, instrument locations and hardware architecture documents. • Projects include working with clients such as Ameresco, International Paper, Georgia-Pacific, Nuclear Fuel Services, Toho Tenax America Inc., and Mead West Vaco
