Daily Duties at Wakefern Food Corp:
• Complete management of multiple divisions for 7 billion dollar retail business. • Responsible for a staff of 8 customer service representatives and 2 supervisors • Coordinate sales orders, adjustments, product inquiries, and resolve customer difficulties. • Prepare analysis of statistical issues and liaise with operational departments. • Coordinate reporting of OS&D retail complaints damages, spoilages. • Average volume of 400 calls per day responsible for all of the supply chain from DC to product delivery. • Resolve costing, item maintenance, and store retails for 40 retail zones and 180 supermarkets. • Created and instituted supply chain initiatives to decrease operational errors by 8% while increasing delivery efficiencies
