Staff Attorney: Conducted civil litigation in state courts; including preparation of pleadings, discovery, short calendar and pre trial conferences. Representation in criminal matters in the GA courts and Part A. Additional practice areas included consumer bankruptcy; probate practice, will drafting and estate settlement and residential real estate. I also acted as reviewing counsel for the Child Protection Court of the Juvenile Session of the Superior Court, preparing opinions as to whether trial proposed trial appeals were meritorious and should be funded.
