Daily Duties at Nynas Usa:
Full support to US office. Interface with vendors. Order and maintain kitchen and office supplies, equipment, furniture, and coordinate office maintenance. Maintain Sales database and Customer documentation. Daily interaction with customers supplying Invoices and proof of shipment documentation by email/mail. Assist Sales Administrators with month-end Invoicing. Maintain sales files and off-site archives. Assist Sales Executives with Industry Conferences and customer seminars; coordination of reservations and ordering/shipping booth materials. Coordinate Sales lunches/dinners and special occasion/holiday events.
