Daily Duties at Valley Church:

Directed the administrative and financial matters of the church with a high degree of independence and fiscal responsibility, advising the Executive Minister, Finance team and Board of Directors on a wide range of financial and Human Resources matters at a strategic level. Coordinate volunteer programs, leading 45+ finance, facility planning, personnel, hospitality, buildings and grounds volunteer teams and administrative, maintenance and bookkeeping employees. Monitored and oversight of facility operations; directing all maintenance of the building and grounds, scheduling maintenance and monitoring the operation of all utility systems. Human Resources Manager/Program Management
