Supervised and coordinated the activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping and receiving beverage products. Maintained 99.7-100% inventory on a daily basis. Coordinated production schedules and estimated worker-hour requirements for completing of job assignments and assured all loads were completed in a timely manner to avoid late charges. Interpreted company policiesto workers and enforced safety regulations. Awarded for saving the company $50,000 dollars or more per year. Initiated measures to imporve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. Tracked inventory levels by client and by product, including inventory count and location with the warehouse. Recommended and initiated personnel actins such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. Managed inventory master items numbering system and coordinated project related purchases and verified receiving against purchase orders Maintained time and production records. Conferred with workers'representatives to resolve grievances. Identified problems, diagnosed causes and determined corrective actions.
