Create and present to senior management the annual budget aligned to specific strategic goals • Create strategic benchmarks to measure growth in sales, product distribution and expense savings while creating a profitable product based on sales growth • Organize training and development material leading to increased sales and higher team performance • Work with management team to develop consumer experience marketing promotions to bridge relationships between consumers and advertisers • Manage the weekly layout and presentation of the product to align advertiser’s desired audience reach to consumer interest • Responsible for selecting vendor to execute online and mobile marketing strategy • Lead sales team to 17% Revenue growth, by focusing on strategies to increase number of clients • Responsible for $7 million dollar expense budget and managing 15 to 20% profit margin
