~ Recruited to provide the leadership in developing a full service claims department of a start-up brokerage company with the objective of advocating the interests of the client. Responsibilities include management and delivery of superior claims consulting solutions ensuring consistent delivery of services to meet/exceed clients claims management goals. Through infrastructure development and implementation of processes, team building and innovative client services, built and shaped a client focused, performance and results driven claims department delivering superior service and cost reductions to the client. Responsible for all department manager related duties to include hiring, ongoing training and skill development of supervisor and staff.
