* Manage and service a $7M portfolio of 70 physician accounts * Resolve operational issues, billing discrepancies, specimen and supply concerns * Communicate effectively with clients to identify their specific needs and evaluate effective business solutions * Instruct, educate and up sell laboratory services and tests to physicians and staff * Identify and qualify new business opportunities * Generated over 50k of new business over Q3 and Q4 of 2008 * Successfully maintain business retention and maximize sales growth of existing account base * Achieved February retention rate of 106.4% * Achieved March retention rate of 113% * 10% increase in revenue base YTD 2009 Clients’ range from single physician offices to multi physician specialties including: OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Neurology, Family Practice, Oncology, Hematology and Pediatrics. Responsibilities include determining clients’ needs by conducting analysis of requirements, troubleshooting and resolving operational and resource issues. Also, must be accessible at all times to physicians to consult on specimens that are critical to patients’ health. Work collaboratively with physicians and staff to deliver Standard of Care to patients which includes the handling of highly confidential patient information, adhering to HIPPA compliance. Recommend and consult on preventive care programs for patients including: age specific physical exams and testing, screening tests and medical services. Additional job requirements are the responsibility to improve customer relations by increasing communications within the team and with clients. Successfully retain accounts by presenting vast portfolio of focused tests while increasing customer satisfaction and maximizing sales growth.
