originally hired to help establish and create the Project Administrator position and create a filing and retention procedure; ended with assist PM's with the maintainance and updating project budgets; process contracts/purchase orders through execution; process vendor invoices/requisitions against those commitments; assist/train vendors in the completion of Greenvest requisition forms; reconcile vendor invoice statements and assist them in the processing of overdue invoices; reconcile and prepare documents of construction projects for reimbursement from county authoritites; maintain field office operations
