Daily Duties at Pacific Bell:

Responsible for coaching and developing teams of Service Repsresentatives (15-20)in Customer Service and Sales. Daily monitoring for productivity and sales results, caoching for performance improvement plans. Also responsible for agent training, Quality Assurance validations, payroll and attendance administration.
