Daily Duties at E Talk Corporation:
Delivered training to a broad range of corporate levels as well as personality types and learning styles. Developed new training curriculum and refined existing training. Worked with clients to develop customized training curriculum. Responsible for learning a broad range of materials to be delivered over half day and multi-day training events. Consulted with clients regarding the implementation and future use of the products in relation to specific company goals. Developed new training according to new products and business requirements as well as changing business needs. Delivered training via Webex and elearning tools on a regular basis. Interfaced with various parts of the organization to ensure that training material was correct and worked in a consulting role with various parts of the organization. Delivered Train-the-Trainer courses. Managed training projects, coordinated communication, managing time schedules, and introducing responsible parties for decision making. Worked side-by-side with Project Managers on both sides of a project closely to deliver communication and training that is in line with business objectives. Provided extensive documentation of each training event. Most training engagements required travel both within the US and abroad. Understanding of Six Sigma and experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience using Dreamweaver, Captivate, Webex, Photoshop, and Imageready.
