Developed Train the Trainer and Best Practices courses for the Customer Care Center. Developed and implemented “Negotiations” course for Call Center representative ongoing training. Development of eLearning courses with Moodle (LMS), Madcap, Captivate, and multimedia presentations. Instructional Design of MAS Management Training and Customer Technical Support new hire Training.
