Tracked alignment of actual costs with budget projections and verified deviations exceeding $1,000. Cultivated strong relationships with personnel at all levels; bolstered cooperation between salaried / hourly staff and participated in “workdays” in multiple areas. Planned team social events and HR aspects of emergency staffing contingencies. Created awards for employee excellence. Evaluated and resolved conflicts and injury / safety issues. Ensured compliance with EEOC, labor, transportation, and safety regulations. Oversaw testing (Department of Transportation and drugs) and background / reference checks. Devised policies and procedures. Conducted training and orientation programs.
