Daily Duties at Associates Bancorp, Inc.:

Provided telecommunication management information and reporting on a monthly and ad hoc basis via several database systems. In charge of order processing, distribution and billing of calling cards for the entire Corporation. Extensive departmental computer software and hardware support. Installation and management of several on-line network management systems with MCI and AT&T. Responsible for many high levels ad hoc projects including presentation information and mass mailings for the Communications/Customer Service Department and Senior Management. Backup support of internal customers for all areas of departmental responsibility including inbound and outbound telephone service ordering, invoice processing, billing reconciliation, local pager distribution, and communications cost allocations for the entire Corporation through usage of Telco Research software.
