Daily Duties at Crowe Horwath:
Assist in the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring and documentation of all voice resources. Monitor and report on resource capacity, utilization, security, and availability. Perform system management and setup functions on several Avaya PBX systems, Octel 250/350, Inter-Tel and CallXpress voicemail systems. Work with vendors and internal staff to identify and correct phone and voicemail problems. Responsible for Resource Management and Configuration - Perform routine phone and voice mailbox setups for moves, adds and changes in all offices. Maintain complete records on floor plans and cable information. Procure bids for system changes, upgrades and enhancements as needed. Plan and implement whole system adds, moves, and upgrades. Maintain documentation of physical equipment, i.e. phones, PBX and voicemail systems, and associated hardware. Maintain service records for all long distance and local services for all Crowe Chizek locations. Managed telecom resources, i.e. pagers, wireless devices (i.e.: cellular phones, Blackberry, P.D.A.s and air cards). Provide 24/7 support for monitored system alarms, errors and telephone and voicemail issues. Responsible for the processing of all voice and data communications totaling several million dollars Establishment of cost trending analysis reports. Conducted RFP bid processes for voice and data services.
