Daily Duties at Tek Systems At Wellpoint, Inc.:
Provide support for WellPoint’s telecommunications infrastructure of converged Avaya enterprise voice and call center system platform for 50 sites in the IN/KY/OH area to ensure maximum uptime in a secure manner. This including Avaya IP device gateway management, Intuity Audix voice mail support, CMS maintenance and administration, Verint Call Recording systems, Microcall and Telesoft call accounting systems, Avaya IP Softphone/IP Agent support . Complete all voice Move-Add-Change (MAC) work in a service center ticket management system. Act as subject matter expert on issues of call center design, efficient call flow and adjunct equipment performance. Conducted customer training on the telecommunications features and functionality
