•Conducted financial and operational audits, per COSO framework. Initialized audit plan and schedule the testing. Presented the findings to the Senior Management. •Tested and documented SOX controls per US-SOX, Canada-SOX and Japan-SOX for various companies in the software, energy, bio-technology, manufacturing, brokerage, consulting and airline leasing industry. Tested subsidiaries for the consolidated financials and communicated the findings to the management along with feasible recommendations. •Performed operational audit walkthroughs and documented processes. Tested and documented IT controls, relating to General Controls, Back-up and Recovery, ITGC, IT-ELC and Change Management • Reviewed financial statements against IFRS requirements, US GAAP requirements and SEC requirements. •Performed review of ERP systems like Expandable, Oracle, SAP, MAS90,Baan, QuickBooks •Utilized ACL and other CAATS for data mining and analytical reviews
