Modified HVAC systems to maintain ongoing operations. • PRANG (Puerto Rico Air National Guard): Generated concept designs for combining PRANG’s Aviation and Air Guard facilities into a multi-office single unit within the Army Aviation Support Facility and Readiness Center. Prepared Conceptual Report within 1 month’s time despite large scope of project. Additional Contributions • Increased project revenues nearly 80% by properly tracking changes and adhering to strict budget guidelines. • Persuaded senior management to open business channels in government-related and infrastructure projects. • Selected to participate in elite Project Managers training program in Pasadena, California.
