Daily Duties at Buffalo Wild Wings :

I ran all areas of operations managing over thirty-five employees & managers leading the way in cutting cost and increasing sales. I did inventory, scheduling, ordering, budgeting, marketing, planning, training, and hiring while working with and motivating my staff. I provided leadership for my staff to increase guest satisfaction. I focused on in store process improvement and problem solving that led to bottom line profit increases and high guest satisfaction. By motivating people to achieve goals and follow standards I got results.
