Daily Duties at Tribble, Ross, And Wagner:
Process and ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. Accurately enter, code, batch, and reconcile vendor invoices to the general ledger. Process Expense reimbursements for the company and attorneys. Audit expenses to ensure proper client invoices. Timekeeper for the group. Accurately processed monthly, quarterly and annually billing. Enter journal entries for month end. Reconcile General Ledger, Bank statements, and credit card statements. Monitor open accounts receivable ledger and contact customers as necessary to ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner. Investigate, for verification or dispute, all claims made by customers. Clear all verified claims and dispute all appropriate claims in a timely manner. Prepare monthly reports such as Aging of Accounts Receivable
