• Supported the remote Regional Manager & 13 branch managers with administrative assistance. • Data management-Including weekly sales activity, preparation of financial analysis through Excel reporting • Human Resources duties to include new hire documentation, tracking vacation accrual, payroll/bonuses, termination paperwork, coordinating training classes, assisting with personnel issues. • Administrative Assistance-Heavy Outlook calendar arrangement, Domestic/International travel arrangements for staff and visiting guests to include hotel and car rental, preparing graphic presentations through Power Point, coordinate workflow of region, devise all written correspondence to include editing and proof reading, and client retention. • Event Planning for corporate functions to include Reward and Recognition events, networking functions in addition to external meetings • Utilized SAP software for payroll & Excel for most daily reporting and responsibilities
