Daily Duties at Radio Shack Corporation :
Drove the strategic development and execution of RadioShack’s $250MM advertising budget and $50MM production, in-store POS and sports marketing budget. Key elements include the management of creative agency relationships, general and Hispanic markets, drive period commercial production shoots, integration of sponsorships and corporate initiatives, support of launching new products, creative development of weekly FSI’s and managing 5+ direct reports
