Daily Duties at Liberty Tax Service:
Accurately support installation, configuration and trouble shooting of: (desktops, peripherals, workgroup/domain networks, network printers, broadband and dial-up ISP connections, company applications), analyze calls & route to proper support group, and document incidents thoroughly and accurately. Communicate to supervisors on high-impact problems, take over dispatch of incidents as required, handle multiple incidents at one time, proactively look for ways to improve processes, operations and the customer experience, & complete projects as assigned.
